I'm Eddie Vale. I live in the Killeen, Harker Heights, Ft Hood, Central Texas area. I'm presently a retail business owner, custom home builder, and occasionally a local politician.
This Blog has been created to discuss service and satisfaction with Patriot Furniture customers. My staff is instructed to view the blog daily and respond or contact any customer who needs assistance. Since I (Eddie Vale) am usually not readily available at the store (due to several other commitments around the Central Texas area), I will monitor this blog to assure customer satisfaction and personally take whatever action is required to resolve any customer complaints.
Additionally I'd like my staff at Patriot furniture to use this blog to keep in touch with each other and log their daily work experiences or anything else notable within the sphere of Patriot Furniture customer relations.

ReplyDeletehe is scum. There is no way I would ever refer eddie vale to anyone. Stay away from vale-irvin custom homes. There customer service is horrible and they do not stick to their commitments and are full of shit.
ReplyDeleteThis guy is a joke!! Rumor has it that he's banned from building in a high end Georgetown neighbor hood for poor building practices and skipping out on Building Committee fines!!
ReplyDeleteGreat houses and awesome designs, but when it comes to warranty issues and for them to come and fix them in a timely manner is a hassle. It is like they dont value the customer as they should or like we are bothering them every time there is a problem and we call them. You have to stay on them call after call to get them to fix or replace anything..... Remember Vale-Irvin; customer satisfaction and taking care of home owners needs are key to success in business!!!!!!!!!!!!!
ReplyDeleteI have worked for Eddie Vale for two years in the past, and have seen how he deals with people and have seen how he builds his homes. Every employer he has hates his job, and every home owner who has any issues with regrets their purchase. he may have beautiful designs, but his corner cutting techniques and his lack of feelings and heart darken any project and beauty he may create. Doesn't care about anything except himself, he is a a racist and sexist human being. Spend 2 minutes with him, and if you don't see it... then enjoy your crap investment! He is the dumbest human being on brain enhancement medication. He is quite literally walking proof that smart pills don't work!
